Here are some simple tips to help you keep your organization in the conversation. And yes, there are really just two.
NUMBER ONE: Post to social media
This is the best way to connect with your clients indirectly - and then directly via comments. While you might not be able to work with them in person, you’ll still be a part of their daily feed. Post updates on your current projects and interactive content that starts a conversation with your client base. This will help grow relationships with your existing clients, and build new ones. Continuing to build an online platform will help you reach more people in the future.
NUMBER TWO: Send a message to your supporters
Check-in with your supporters often. It can even be just a “Hi! How are you?” It’s a great opportunity to stay current in your market and show your business/organization cares. Sometimes, a quick outreach message is all it takes to keep your audience engaged.
These are just two easy ways to stay engaged with your audience. The key is to continue doing something. Doing these easy actionables will allow you to feel more in control of your business. Just remember to be flexible and keep moving forward.
